This Privacy Policy explains what information SPTS Tools 33 (superpowertrainingsimulator.com, “the site”, “we”) collects, how it is used and the choices you have. The site is an unofficial, community-made fan project for the Roblox game Super Power Training Simulator and is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation or the game developers.

1. Information we collect

Information you type into the site

  • Training Tracker: the Roblox username or user ID you enter to register a player or to look up a player's activity.
  • Squad dashboard: squad leaders who receive a dashboard account log in with a username and password. Passwords are stored only as a secure hash.
  • Squad leaderboards: squad names, logos, member Roblox usernames, ranks, profile images and stats that squad leaders submit to be shown publicly on the leaderboard.
  • Calculators and simulators: numbers typed into the Stats Calculator, Tokens Calculator and PVP Simulator are processed in your browser and are not sent to our servers.

Public Roblox data collected by the Training Tracker

When a player is registered in the Training Tracker, our server checks the public Roblox APIs every few minutes and stores:

  • the Roblox user ID, username, display name, previous usernames and avatar headshot image link;
  • the presence status shown by Roblox (offline, online, in an experience or in Roblox Studio) and the time of each check;
  • whether the player was found inside a public Super Power Training Simulator server.

This information is already public on Roblox. We use it only to build time reports. We never display which server a player is in and the site offers no way to join a tracked player.

Information collected automatically

  • Google Analytics: pages visited, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, and interactions such as using a calculator or opening a report. This helps us understand which tools are useful.
  • Server logs: your IP address and request details are processed by our server to deliver the site, limit abuse (rate limiting) and keep the service secure.

Cookies and local storage

  • sptsTools: keeps squad leaders logged in to the squad dashboard (expires after a few hours).
  • lastLB: remembers which squad leaderboard ranking you looked at last (expires after 1 day).
  • Local storage: remembers small preferences, such as whether you already read the latest update notice.
  • Google cookies: used by Google Analytics and Google AdSense as described below.

2. Advertising and Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense to show ads that help pay for the site.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info or, in Europe, at www.youronlinechoices.eu.
  • Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, personalized ads are only shown after you give consent through Google's consent message, and you can change that choice at any time.

3. How we use information

  • to run the tools, leaderboards, wiki and Training Tracker reports;
  • to keep the site secure, prevent spam and limit abuse;
  • to understand how the site is used and improve it;
  • to show ads that keep the site free.

We do not sell personal information.

4. Sharing

Information is only shared with services that help us run the site:

  • our hosting provider, where the server and database run;
  • Amazon Web Services (S3), which stores squad logos;
  • Google (Analytics and AdSense);
  • Roblox, which receives the user IDs we look up through its public APIs.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. Data retention

  • Training Tracker activity is kept for about 13 months (400 days) and then deleted automatically.
  • Squad and dashboard data is kept while the squad is listed on the site.
  • Google Analytics data follows the retention period configured in Google Analytics.

6. Children's privacy

Many Roblox players are young. The site does not ask visitors to create accounts and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 beyond the public Roblox data described above. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child's information should be removed, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the LGPD or the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, or to object to its use. You can:

  • ask us to stop tracking a Roblox account and delete its Training Tracker history;
  • block or delete cookies in your browser settings;
  • opt out of personalized ads using the links in section 2;
  • install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

8. Security

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords and rate limiting to protect the site. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect the information we keep.

9. Third-party links

The site links to Roblox and other websites. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site changes. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
